IMPORTANT INFO FOR BOTH SHOWS!

Ticket Pick Up: If you are cutting through the CNE grounds and needing to pick up your ticket at our box office you will be required to pay a deposit ($16 per person cash only) at the CNE gates that will be reimbursed at our box office once you pick up your tickets. The CNE gates and buildings are open from 10am to 10pm daily.

Did you know? Your concert ticket grants you free grounds admission into The CNE and Ontario Place (day of show). The CNE midway rides are open from 10am to midnight.

Parking and Traffic: We strongly encourage you to take public transportation and carpool as traffic will be challenging and parking extremely limited.

VIP PACKAGE COLLECTION INFO

ARRIVAL: All VIPs will be parking in Ontario Place Lot 3 directly off of Lakeshore Blvd W. Ticketing check in will open at 2:30PM and stay open just after the sound check party begins at 4:30PM. Please arrive within this time frame to ensure everything runs smoothly and that every one of you are 100% taken care of! VIPS are more than welcome to arrive earlier to secure a spot in line, however be aware that the check in process will not begin until 2:30PM.

Parking attendants will have a list of the VIP Package ticket will-call names, so you’ll simply tell them your name, you’re in! Super easy! Anticipate the possibility of traffic and plan your arrival time accordingly!

CHECK IN: You will proceed towards the Ontario Place entrance and head toMolson Canadian Amphitheatre to pick up your tickets and wristbands - you will find a couple of tables set up outside (around 2:30PM). Let’s all be respectful to other VIPs and venue staff by lining up in an orderly fashion. We will have a ticket scanner at this point as well, so if you’d like to enter the venue, you are able to stay inside until doors open. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR TICKET IS SCANNED, THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY. You’ll tell the staff your name, and will be handed an envelope. Inside the envelope along with your VIP Tickets will be your Sound Check Party Wristbands! Please immediately put these on to prevent them from getting lost. If a wristband is lost there is no way for it to be replaced. Please make sure that it is secured tightly to ensure it will not fall off. **If you purchased more than 1 VIP Package, all tickets and wristbands will be in the same envelope.Once you’ve collected your tickets and wristbands, you will head inside the main gate- one step closer to the Sound Check Party!!! Everyone will hang out in the east plaza area prior to the Sound Check Party, and while we are checking everyone else in, you will have this time to chill out and see what’s inside your Exclusive VIP Gift Bag – yeah for gifts!Just before 4:30PM you will be escorted down to where the Sound Check Party magic happens! The Jonas Brothers will take the stage and give you a sound check you’ll remember forever!!

VIP package purchasers will receive their packages, including souvenir laminate, split 7”-single, and custom silkscreened poster, at a clearly-marked kiosk adjacent to the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre box office at 3:45pm on the day of show. You will be escorted from there to the location on site where you will meet City and Colour & Tegan and Sara. If you have a GA floor ticket, you will be allowed onto the floor prior to doors opening to the general public. Photo ID in the name of the package purchaser will be required to claim the package. Enjoy the show and your VIP experience!

Purchasers of the City and Colour / Tegan and Sara package which included a limited-edition split 7”-single can claim their vinyl at a clearly-marked “VINYL PICK-UP” tent just past the ticket scanner location at the entrance to the venue, on the east side of the walkway into the concourse of the amphitheatre, adjacent to a set of blue lockers. This tent will be open from doors until 11:30pm. Photo ID in the name of the package purchaser will be required to claim the single. Signage indicating the location of the tent will also be posted on site at the box office and at the guest services kiosk.
